The benefits of Andrographis (Andrographis paniculata) have been known for centuries and if it was ineffective it would have disappeared long ago from Chinese medicine and ayurveda. Basically, it is echinacea on steroids. That said, like many supplements, the best example I can think of is curcumin, it suffers from dosing and concentration of active ingredients. With curcumin, Solgar found a way (modern science) to concentrate the active compounds in it and so instead of eating curry three meals a day, like Indians, you just take a gel cap and you are good. This is how it is with Double Wood Andrographis, they have found a way to concentrate the active ingredient, the andrographolides. The effect of these compounds is enhanced immune system function. At 67 I have watched my immune system degrade, and I am not just talking about resistance to colds and flu, but other immunological conditions such as joint pain and allergies. This stuff is just great and the effects are noticeable.

Andrographis capsules experience I have taken andrographis the last two months. I am a school teacher and am trying to stay healthy in the midst of all the sickness around me. I have been using your andrographis supplements since May 2020. I have been very pleased with the effects. I feel that my immune system is running in high gear because of it. I work in a dental office and am exposed daily to high levels of pathogens and germs and I have not gotten sick all year. I did notice in january that I was starting to feel a cold coming on and I doubled my dose and could literally feel my body shift and fight off whatever illness it was. I did not get sick. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is at risk for illness or feel they need an immune system boost.

Much easier to swallow than the pill form of andrographis. I attribute this product to boast my immune system. I started taking in October and I have not had a cold for the first time this winter. I read that Scandinavians used this in the winter to help prevent colds and influenza. It seems to have boasted my energy level too. I have used andrographis in a lymes disease protocol in the past. This brand is good value for the money.

I have been taking this to prevent coughing and issues related to my trachea and diaphragm. This is just perfect! I kept getting a cough that simply shifted to another body part until I started taking Andrographis! Now, my health is back to where it should be! I never thought I would need anything after milk thistle cured almost everything! Yet, when I kept getting this trachea to diaphragm cough, I knew I had to find something else! That something is Andrographis! You may never get used to the taste, but you will never want to go without it. On some days, I am used to the sour taste! Super sour power!

I have been taking andrographis since before the Covid-19 pandemic and I will certainly continue to take it throughout and beyond. I only have anecdotal experience, but I have not had a cold or fever in a long time and I feel that in part at least, it's due to taking andrographis to strengthen my immune system, particularly the respiratory system. The Doublewoods is one of the higher dose/potency products I have found. BTW. I don't understand what is meant by "thickness" and I wish the "pain relief" feature had a not=applicable selection because I am taking this product for immune support and not for pain relief and as it so happens, happily I have no pain!

I had an immune disorder which I was healed from but requires me to be mindful of my stress and activity level. After a tough life transition I came down with internal shingles. I did not want to go to medicine immediately. My homeopath recommended andriographis for pain relief of the nerve and tissue pain and to aid in rebuilding my immune system. I took a double dose at her recommendation because I was in Acute distress. Within three I had a very noticeable difference in the nerve pain and the inflamed tissue was decreased. What could have taken 6-8 weeks to get rid of was gone in 2! I returned to the normal dose and continue to take it today. I highly recommend this super supplement for healing and pain relief.
