Grizzly Salmon Oil For Dogs 8 Oz. Pump by Grizzly Pet Products [2-Pack]

Grizzly Salmon is terrific. Usually I buy a larger size, but it can be hard to fit that in the side fridge panel and I wanted to make things easier for my mother-in-law, who watched our dog for 3 weeks. This smaller size is just as high quality as our regular size, and it fits easily in the fridge.I started giving salmon oil to my elderly beagle mix when she turned 11 and started suffering from arthritis. Her coat had also started falling out in patches. She's 16 now and (knock on wood) still going strong. Grizzly has been my preferred brand, and that (plus Nutramax Cosequin DS Plus MSM chewable tablets and a daily regimen of non-NSAID painkillers) have greatly improved her condition. She doesn't limp, her coat's much softer and shinier, and for about 5 minutes per day she can run pretty darned hard with our puppy. (After that she curls up on the bed for 5 hours.) My sample size is 1, with no control group, so I can't say for sure what role the salmon oil has played. But it sure has coincided with my beloved dog's revival. I now put a squirt in my much larger puppy's food (he's a redbone coonhound/ lab mix), and his coat seems much softer as well.Once I bought the pollock oil trying to save money, and my dog wouldn't touch it. But both dogs have always loved the salmon oil, and I'll keep on recommending it to friends.

I squirt a couple of pumps on my dogs food. The one dog with no appetite now eats amazingly well. Their coats are much shinier and softer, but mostly they don't scratch all the time like they used too. One dog is a Siberian Husky and one is a Lab.

We like giving the extra benefit of Salmon Oil.
