Designed so that SIM card is nearly impossible to insert or remove without removing the antenna. Even then the antenna stub is still in the way. There is quite a bit of space and this is where you decide to put the most important access point?No support for when it does not work. Tried multiple times over multiple time frames, but won't connect to the internet. Could it be me, sure, but how do I know if I can't get any help?!?!?! I set up the last one just fine.

The router works quite well. I put a sim in it and it connected right away without having to do anything, not complicated. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it took a bit of finagling to get the sim seated correctly and also because the connection to the internet light did not come on, even though it was connected. But not a big deal to me.

Decent starter router to mess around with openwrt and 4g Sim internet. Google/Reddit/Facebook forums are your tech support. Try to figure out if you like it before the 30 day return policy.

Bought the modem new and received a instruction pamphlet with someone else's info written in it and had to factory reset it because the pass word wasn't the default.

The first router they sent me was acting strange but the support was quick to help and send me a new one, very good customer service, super easy to setup, best wifi speeds i can get in my area as well.
