Used this olive oil for years purchasing at the cooking school, now on line. Tried other lemon oil and nothing compares. Fabulous, crisp. Use on vegetables or on spaghetti

Great for making marinade

I have been buying Chef Jean-Pierre’s gourmet oils (and other products) for over ten years. Nothing is better. When I left the state, I was worried that I would no longer be able to purchase these fabulous oils, so I was thrilled to learn they are now available on Amazon. To make excellent food, you must begin with the highest quality ingredients: Chef Jean-Pierre’s products are the best of the best. Try the Herbs de Provence oil, too—it’s also amazing. And so are the gourmet salts!

Will most definitely buy again!

This is an amazing find. Don’t hesitate and order. I’ve used this for the last month and it adds a perfect richness to every dish. Perfect if you are lactose free in your house.

The product is excellent but the bottling is substandard. Although the package came intact; 1/3 of the bottle leaked out creating quite a mess. This happened a few months ago as well when I purchased some balsamic vinegar from this seller. I am now reluctant to purchase more of their wonderful oil and vinegar products.

This olive oil does spantackley well with sautte vegetables and delicious with oven baked salmon defiantly buy more soon.
