Very impressed. Huge difference compared to normal lead pencil. Haven't broken the lead yet(used it for two weeks). Seems like the automatic rotating of the lead does the magic.

The Uniball Kuru Toga Elite Mechanical Pencil lives up to its hype. It performs exactly as described, with the rotating lead mechanism making writing smooth and a joy. The pencil feels great in hand—well-balanced and comfortable—and loading new lead is simple and straightforward. The eraser, however, is small, so erasing larger mistakes can be tedious; keep a dedicated larger eraser handy for those moments. Overall, it’s a fantastic pencil for precise writing, though the eraser size is a minor drawback.

Best pencil ever made in my opinion. Cannot recommend enough.

Been using this pencil every day for writing notes in school. The erasers last a long time and are very good quality. I think I’ve changed mine out twice in a year. I don’t think I’ll ever need another pencil again. It’s just so good. The writing experience with the turning led, the feel and grip, the build quality. Just amazing. I’ve used SO many mechanical pencils over the years, Sakura uniball and many other brands that are all incredible but this is the only pencil that actually makes me want to use it it’s so enjoyable. Drawing, drafting, note taking, I’ve done so much with this pencil and it never fails or disappoints. I rarely get cramps using this pencil even when writing for hours in lectures. Just great.

Good pencil for writing

Purchased for my son. He said it's good quality but believes it is the Japanese model. My understanding is they have shorter more frequent strokes as opposed to english having longer less frequent strokes. He said there is a specific model for the different languages.
