Got lots of door frames without any doors. Same with the window frames. They are useless for house building. Ok except for missing items. Bricks work well with Lego brand.

Bought these for incentives for my toddler to use the big boy potty. I used plastic Easter Eggs and filled them with 4 or 5 pieces each so he could pick one each time he went and slowly build up a Lego collection. These were perfect for my idea and I loved that there were extras like windows, doors, people, trees, wheels, etc. They work great with my lego table and work well with name brand legos. Great buy! I'm very happy with this purchase.

This set has the BEST windows and doors I wish I could buy just a set of those alone, the baseplate is worth $ 8 by itself, it so much fun because it is stackable unlike LEGO and the perfect size for building a little house, (LEGO baseplates arean awkward size for house building either the square is too big or they give you a long skinny rectangle!) The 10 mini-figures look almost like LEGO and are a great assortment my kids LOVED them. For boys, the set comes with LOTS of wheels and that is the first thing my boys went for making a ton of amazing cars in minutes. The colors are all pretty good except the red which is weird and doesn't look at all like LEGO. They don't snap as tightly as LEGO, brickyard, and play platoon, but they are better than best lock and pretty similar to Megablock. I won't mix these with my real LEGO, but I take them to family reunions or meetings and set the box out and it keeps kids busy for hours. For a birthday party this set would have enough goodies for 10 kids.

This is so much better than I even expected. We got this for my son for his birthday, which we had his party for yesterday. He and I played with this from just after supper until bedtime. We made cars, and a house, and found more people than I thought we would get! There are six or seven minifigs in this set, with hair and hats. There are trees and flowers. Tons of tires, windows and doors, and the roof blocks are pretty special. I think I will buy at least one or two more sets from this brand in order to have plenty of different sized blocks in each of the colors. This set alone allows you to do plenty, of course, and will satisfy your little one! With three, I will be planning to buy additional packs ;)

Our kids got these off-brand "Lego style bricks" months ago, and we LOVE them! They fit together great and can be used interchangeably with real Legos. They have slight different feel and color to them, but so far have been sufficiently sturdy and this set allowed our kids to get tons of creative building bricks at fraction of the cost. I liked the selection and percentages of various shapes of bricks included. This is a fabulous find and we've enjoyed hundreds of hours of happy playtime together with these.

Love these! My kids enjoy lego sets, but also really want to just play around and build their own creations. Lego brand doesn't offer just plain buckets of bricks outside of a set. This set was exactly what we needed. Lots of people, roof pieces, and wheels. My son commented on the lack of windshields and steering wheels but this set is just about perfect.

I bought these as an alternative to the LEGO brand to keep at my parents house for visits. It was a very cost-effective solution for me to have something both my kids enjoy doing, while not breaking the bank to keep it somewhere we only visit 2 times per year. The bricks are colorful and seem to be the same quality as the name brand. I would definitely recommend these.

These are perfect. Don't hesitate to save some money and fill out your kids' Lego collection. They fit just as tightly as the real thing. I buy Lego products also, for specialty sets, bityhdays, etc. These blend right in, and I buy more every so often to keep lots of bricks in my son's collection. Bonus: Colors that Lego doesn't include like purple and pink!
