Henckels is a centuries old knife manufacturer. Their products are worth the cost. This bread knife is in fact, razor sharp as described. It's handle is full tang and ergonomic. The scallops are not very aggressive and it seems to have some trouble with hard crusted loaves such as home made sour dough. On softer breads, it's like cutting butter. You cannot go wrong with Henckels. Price was very good too!

Nice and thin blade too- serrations are not deep so I will see how well this cuts bread, bagels etc.

I had to replace my Hinkles knife because part of the handle broke and this was the exact knife that came with my block. I love the Hinkel knives. I just wish the handles were a little bit better made because the plastic breaks right around the divots.

Light enough & sharp enough for a woman to use, but a man would like the feel of the handle too. Great serrated blade.

Great knife very sharp very good quality multipurpose. I use it for everything it cuts meat bread, vegetables just as good as any other knives would highly recommend this product. If you’re looking for one knife, that can satisfy all your needs. I would say this is a great option.
