Not bad at all.
Came almost 2 months after purchase!

Initially thought it didn't work because I used it incorrectly!
Unfortunately, I did not know how to use the hooks. I was under the impression that the hook was broken as it turns out I was putting the needle through my hair incorrectly. You have to make sure you keep the hook OPEN and push it UP first. Next, add the fake hair and close the hook. Then pull it DOWN through your hair and let the hook open then pull the fake hair through. I will "yell" this because it's important to remember. DO NOT CLOSE THE NEEDLE WHEN INSERTING IN YOUR ACTUAL HAIR, THE HOOK WILL NOT REMAIN CLOSED!! Sooo in conclusion, if you know how to use the hook it will work. I wrote a negative review the first time until I figured out I was using the hook wrong, the hook is actually a great buy and it works perfectly if you know what you're doing!
