Our baffles falls down during operation. The length of our baffle is 9 5/16 inches. How long should it be?

There is a long/slim metal channel that needs to be installed at the back of the hood which holds the baffles much more securely. Check out the user manual here (https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/C1mVRkXXfsS.pdf) specifically page 11 of the doc or page 19 of the actual manual... it's part #24.

Are there any other differences between ikb01 and ikb02 beside the handle bar baffle filters? I'm trying to decide if it is worth the $90 price diff.

They have no difference in function and parameter, but IKB01 uses 0.7mm thickness stainless steel, while IKB02 uses 1mm (19-gauge) thickness stainless steel. And IKB02 has a more elegant appearance, and the filter baffle is equipped with a handle.

Plastic piece What is it? Where does it go? Small plastic rectangular piece came inside the bag with instructions and remote. Not in instructions.

What is the actual height measurement including the hood damper assembly on top?

IKB02 Series. (30 inch ) The hight is 13.13 inches The 6 inch diameter of the damper assembly on top adds another 3 inches
