is this obd ii auto code scanner able to check which oxygen sensor is failed? my bmw 328i checked by ad310 only shows the code, can't do anything

Hi Shawn, Thanks for your question. Our KW850 full-function obd2 diagnostic scan tool is capable to identify the O2 sensor issues, in our diagnostic menu, you will see the O2 sensor test results status and how many O2 sensors are supported as well, so i'm sure our obd scanner KW850 will help you to locate which sensor need to be replaced. Many other scanners may only shows a trouble code but did not refer to which part is failed, but our scan tool includes more function like O2 sensor test, On-board monitoring test, Evap test, which is quite useful at some time, by the way, KW850 is supporting your bmw 328i from 96' and after universal obd2 vehicles.

Does it test car batteries?

You need a battery tester to test a battery actor. It can tell you if it's charging but that's about it not tested.
