Strawberry flavor smelled and tasted good. I did add some citric acid to make it a bit more tart. Overall I would recommend and will try other flavors.

The bottle is very small but is a gem. I would prefer a big bottle. I love Baking so I made a recipe it from scratch and i use this flavor like i said before the cake was amazing the quality was the best. highly recomend the name brand flavors.

I made some raspberry hard candies with my daughter and loved the flavor right after we made the candies but then about a week later we were eating them and they had taken on a slight metallic flavor. We stored the candies in a glass bowl with a plastic Tupperware type lid......
