I bought this massager after surgery to help massage my arms and legs that were swollen. This massager was great for legs where I could use both hands. The rollability and pressure were helpful for pain relief. The design is trickier when I’m massaging my own arms because it is difficult to use one-handed. But it’s great when someone else can massage my arms.

I was contemplating between to four roller or the six roller. I’m glad I went with the four roller version. This gives ample space between the rollers to give a deeper massage.I’m very happy with this massage roller.

Back has never felt better. This gets into all the spots. Easy to use. Good value and really makes my back feel good. Wife loves it also. Light weight. Doesn’t feel cheap

If you have big thighs or cafes, don't buy it. It won't open wide enough.

Apparatus sits loose. Not Adjustable. Awkward to apply pressure on all except legs and then totally inadequate. I completely feel like I just threw away $23 that could’ve been applied toward a massage. One could try it if they like, but for me, it was a waste of money.
