So far so good. The lever could be a little thicker, feel fragile. I have 2 young kids and it has survived so far.

Bought this for my ceramic crock to lock out little curious fingers. Only reason not 4 stars is that BOTH spigots aren't childproof.

Worked well as a replacement on my Honeywell water cooler.

The concept was good and it works great when used properly. The main reason I bought this was to replace a cold water spigot with one with a cold lock because of my little one. It did not last 5 minutes with my little one (1 year old). He saw it flipped the handle up and snapped it right off in about a minute. Plastic is lightweight and fragile, so it’s good with adults, but wouldn’t recommend with young children.

The button on cold water is only for looks, not for functioning. My one year old spills water all day and wanted one with lock. I thought this had it but it doesn’t. Plus it’s very flimsy and feels at it’ll break easily. The hot water does have a lock, but I don’t trust it, it looks too easy for my baby to press and burn herself.* a few days after return window closed, the cold water one broke

I order this water cooler dispenser every time mine breaks because it matches perfectly with my cooler and fits my Zero Water system. This is my third time buying it, as I replace it whenever it breaks. It’s made of plastic, so it does wear out, but it works well.
