Pro's: it is comfortable, lightweight, packable, truly waterproof with an adjustable hood that you can actually turn your head in without blocking your vision.Con's: A little short and definitely a slim fit. Not a great option for layering unless you get a size up. European sizing so you may want to consider how you will wear this- as a thin rainshell during warmer months or over a base and mid-layer in cooler months.The chest pocket will fit a thin wallet, smaller cell phone or a snack. I would have liked pockets but all in all I've managed by using a running belt or pockets on my shorts/pants for keys, phone or others. it is a streamlined form fitting and comfortable jacket that does what it's intended to. The price may be prohibitive for some but it's a worthwhile investment and definitely cheaper than some of the higher end gore tex running jackets out there.

Seems like the product would be good if it wasn’t two sizes too small. I ordered the extra large thinking it was US sizes and lo and behold, it was a UK extra large. I wanted to return it, but the return window closed before I tried it on. I trusted the sizing recommendation, threw it in the closet to not mess it up until my hike in September… This was a big mistake.On my hike of the AT it began pouring. I reached for my raincoat. It was so tight I was afraid of being cancelled for wearing black torso. Practically painted on my semi-rotund belly. I couldn’t wear a layer under it.Please do not make my mistake. Order a size or two above what you think you need. You don’t want to be hiking in a bobsled uniform. I took the jacket off and put it in a safe place in my pack and hiked in my regular shirt.If anyone in Backcountry sees this, please have mercy on an idiot like me! I should have tried it on, however I feel that the sizing was deceiving as well.

I really wanted this jacket to work. It’s very light, and living in Seattle, I was really interested in the “Shake-Dry” fabric since most rain shells I’ve owned wet out after a couple of hours in the Pacific Northwest rain. The problem is the fit of the jacket, especially the chest— it was so tight it was unwearable unless unzipped, which negates the point of a rain jacket. I don’t know who this jacket is cut for. I’m not a huge guy—5’11”, 175 lbs., 45 inch chest; I usually wear a U.S. men’s medium, which is what I ordered in this jacket. The sleeves were the right length and the jacket length is right, but it seems like I would need to go up 2 sizes to have enough chest room, which I think would be too long in the sleeves and the drop of the jacket.

Love this - feels *amazingly* breathable for a 100% waterproof. Fit is snug and euro sizing - order one size up (measurements per sizing graphic), maybe 2 (for loose fit).Squishes really small into zippered chest pocket (smaller than my OR Helium 2 jacket).

Works and feels as described- love it, especially the lightness. Only wish there was a button to hold the hood back in place securely as it does flap about a bit
