Arrived in perfect condition!
The media could not be loaded. This is pasta -I’m convinced, is the exact same pasta I order at my favorite Italian restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I had some reservations after reading a few reviews about the pasta, arriving thought, however, in my case, it arrived packed and dry, ice, and perfectly preserved. The shipping was expensive, but we purchased for a Christmas dinner and when you do the math, the entrées cost works out to under $10 a plate!! The pasta, the cheese, the pear it’s all perfection and all of my dinner. Guests said it was one of the best pasta dishes theyve ever had.

Taste perfect!
I had these for the first time at a very upscale Italian place in Estero FL. And as much as I loved them, the $30 price tag was going to make it a rare dinner. Was looking for the round fiocchi noodles when I found these already made. Yep, these are expensive, BUT the restaurant served only 10 of these in Alfredo sauce and I was full, again for $30. So thought I'd take it a shot at these. They come very well packed in dry ice, and surprisingly, there was hardly any breakage. I divided them out in freezer bags with 10 in each and got 26 baggies!! Had them for the first time the other night and they were the exact taste I had from the restaurant. For about $4 a dish. This, I can afford!!I will add, the instructions say cook them for 4-5 minutes, but that's not enough from frozen. They are perfect at 8-9, and not mushy at all.

So delicious but....
Ordered twice a year apart to serve for Easter for approx 30ppl. The styrofoam cooler was very thin and dry ice had leaked/evaporated. The pasta was defrosted by the time I received it on both occasions. The first time the seller replaced. The second time I sent photos of the cooler only and had already discarded the pasta. They would not reimburse or replace as they needed more proof. It's so expensive but so delicious. I had hoped to make it a holiday tradition but it didn't work out. Now I am out over $100 and no pasta to serve.

These are sooo good
I had these at a local restaurant and it quickly became my favorite food. At $30/plate though I was going broke on pasta 😥 I was so happy when I found these! They’re literally exactly the same. I’m sure it’s the same that serve down the street. If you boil them for 4 minutes they come out perfect. They’re good with just butter and salt or Alfredo sauce.

Delicious and a big crowd pleaser!
I totally love the way you can taste all the beautiful nuances of the savory flavors of the four italian cheeses juxtaposed against the delicate sweetness of the pear! Literally a perfect bite that you just want to saveur once you've tried one. My order arrived promptly and was well packaged with dry ice. Kudos to the shipper! I had no problem with the large unsealed plastic bag inside the well sealed & insulated box knowing that these are quick chilled to optimize the flavors and packaged for easy access for commercial use. You can easily place a twist tie or rubber band etc and seal them for yourself as you put them in your freezer for home use. They were a hit at a gathering of 30+ people fully cooked and then skewered for easy dipping in a gorgonzola & herb cream sauce that I made. Just ordered them again now that they are in stock again.

Yum
I order this at a restaurant. They take Alfredo sauce with walnuts and pears and heat that up to put on top. This is amazing 😻 I wish the shipping wasn’t so expensive or I would have it in my house all the time. $33 shipping is harsh.

Delivered in 5 days and very delicious
We love this dish at a local restaurant and were getting it several times a week. We got this delivered yesterday and were impressed that it came in a large thick styrofoam cooler with dry ice and the box said keep frozen on the outside. I already cooked it twice, it's restaurant quality and amazing. We are looking to buy more food directly from Italy and didn't know it was this easy for a home rather than in bulk. 6.6 pounds of it should be enough for a while :) cooking dinner for friends tonight with it.
