I am very happy with the WantJoin Cup Sealing Machine! It is simple to use, seals cups quickly, and gives a perfect seal every time. We ordered this product. Plugged it in to use and used a few times. We then got an error code and it stopped working. We tried everything to reach Wantjoin with no success. We did find trouble shooting options in which we tried everything. Nothing worked. We looked up contact information online for Wantjoin and they have only an email and a phone number to contact them and neither have worked. We paid over $400 for a machine that doesn't work.

Good machine, very efficient and helps make the lidding process smooth. It’s cool that it has a running count of how many cups have been used. The machine is very easy to learn and use as well.

I upgraded from a VEVOR semi-automatic model that worked alright, but it required a bit of tuning. The WantJoin model worked right out of the box with the default settings and the seal looked a little cleaner than the VEVOR, as well. I had some issues with the cup getting jammed because of my specific setup, but customer service was great and responded within hours. Overall, highly recommended.

Easy to use, push a button, cup holder comes out, insert your hot coffee or coco and push button. It goes in seal lid goes on comes out and perfect no spill seal. Just pop in a straw or pull back an edge and you’re ready to go. Light weight easy to move around your shop. Price very reasonable for a small business venture. Only takes seconds. Recommended
