Taste like rice too
This is a very good product. Got a little tired with salads and meats over and over again. Sometimes I crave for the old foods I used to it, anything that has rice of course. So I gave this a try. It was not a wrong decision. Now I can cook desserts that calls for rice, using this as a replacement. Also, fried rice that has veggies and meat on it.I love it! Makes Keto lifestyle more convenient.

Best pasta alternative I have found
I've read the reviews and it looks like this product is either great or awful, depending on your taste and your intestinal composition. I love this stuff! Unlike some other peoples experience, I did not find that they are rubbery, dry, or stinky. They seemed like real noodles to me. I have consumed a package on three different occasions and did not experience any intestinal discomfort. I did notice when reading the package that this product does not contain any nutritional value aside from fiber, which is probably what upsets some peoples digestive tracts. But it is a great tool for my low carb diet and I feel full after eating them with some meat and veggies mixed in. I recommend them if you are on a low carb diet, but based on other reviewers experience, it's probably a good idea to try it in very small quantities the first time.

Perfect on a low carb diet
I recently picked up a pack of YUHO Organic Shirataki Konjac Pasta and I have been really impressed with the product. It is a great vegan, low calorie food that is fat free, keto friendly and has zero carbs. It is perfect for those on a healthy diet, and it makes a great holiday gift. The pasta is light and has a nice texture to it. It cooks quickly and is really easy to prepare. I love that it is organic, so I can be sure that I'm getting the highest quality ingredients. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious pasta option.

SMELLS LIKE FORMALDEHYDE (FISHY)
Ordered these a few months ago to explore alternatives to high carb pasta. Got busy when a hurricane hit our area and the 8 packet box of them got lost in the back of my cupboard. Pulled them out today to see about using them for a low carb spaghetti lunch and intended to pour some leftover frozen Bolognese sauce atop the noodles for my repast. As soon as I opened the box there was a “funky” smell that was a cross between spoiling fish and formaldehyde. If you are old enough to have ever dissected a rat, frog, baby shark, etc. when you were in high school biology class, you know that you can’t ever forget the creepy and nauseating smell of formaldehyde that imprints upon your brain cells. Both the box and the sealed plastic packets of these noodles smelled exactly like formaldehyde that had been imprinted on my olfactory nerve brain cells. These noodles are made in China (per the box) and the “Engrish” cooking instructions sure seem to confirm that. I have no animus against Chinese people, food, or culture, and I buy lots of Chinese made products. However, I followed the cooking and rinsing instructions to the letter but I just couldn’t get the formaldehyde stink of these noodles out of my nose. I feared the noodles might actually contain formaldehyde (which is toxic) that would be very bad for my health. As a result, I tossed them all in the trash, box and all (all 8 packets). If I were you, I’d be real cautious about ordering and eating this product based upon my own personal “sniff test” experience.

Low carbohydrate due to diet restrictions
OK, overall this worked well as a rice substitute for my son and myself. Myself for medical reasons and my son for weight loss.Bad: It stinks like fish initially.Good: When you open it it reeks of fish. I soaked it for 10 min in water. Then rinsed maybe another 2-3 through a sieve.I then fried it for about 4 min in olive oil until the slight remaining fish smell went away. The " rice" actually started popping in the frying pan. This makes a very acceptable rice substitute for a dish, especially if it is seasoned. My son was happy just with a little salt and pepper, so we will be using this in place of rice and pasta. My son is a pastaholic. One star off bcs of fish smell initially.

Great for Keto
These noodles are delicious in any pasta dish. The texture is good and I love the fettuccine style. It seems all shirataki noodles have gone up in price and these were the best deal I could find. I wish the packages were 7 or 8 oz, not 6. I have to use 2. Overall very pleased.

Has Oatmeal flour; NOT KETO; Another manufacturer jumping on the KETO without a KETO product
Please review ingredient list. It does not state how much Oatmeal flour is in the product. So you cannot determine how much of an impact this meal is going to have on your carb macro. Many manufacturers are on the Keto bandwagon because it's hot and they want to make a sale. I am not against all carbs. However, this is a brand that is imported from China. I could find no information on how they arrived at the macro numbers listed on the product if they add oat flour.Shiratalki rice/noodles have a slight musky smell which goes away when you clean and then fry. If you want something with roughly the same per ounce price vitacost sells Shiratalki rice. On Amazon wonder rice has only Konjac but is slightly higher per pound.I am returning this because I don't want to be kicked out of ketosis. It isn't easy for me to get into ketosis and losing a few days again because I had this rice isn't worth it. I am seeing a lot of products on the market that kick me out of ketosis, which are labled keto. Stay away unless you have a keto meter and can cycle back in quickly.
