Nice product
I always have this product stirred into yogurt or some other soft high protein dessert or even ice cream. It stirs in well and you would never know it was there once stirred in. I do this because it doesn't seem to dissolve well in water at all. I get no side effects from it either

Superb creatine
I have tried creatine before and it always gave me a head ache . I drank lots of fluids but this never helped . I ended up discarding the various brands . As I get older and train with my weights etc I realised that I needed as much help as possible to keep up my strength level and to recover as quickly as possible from each work out . I thought that I would have one final attempt and purchased Kineteca creatine . I have to say that in the short time that I have been using it I have suffered no ill effects . I also feel much stronger . It maybe because the serving size is 3.4 grams but I feel it perhaps just a better quality product than I have used previously . It really does the job and I am very pleased. I think that it offers great value considering both the quality and the amount of time it will last . I shall continue to buy from them and I also use their protein powder too . I would recommend to anyone wanting a creatine powder that truly works .

Is what it is, solid product
I was sceptical about buying certain creatine’s online but went with Kinetica and so far it’s been great. It doesn’t fully dissolve in water but it doesn’t bother me that much I just give it a quick swirl before I take a sip. The taste is neutral and it’s not uncomfortable to drink in water. Overall, first impressions are good!

No scoop and plastic smell
No scoop and plasticky smell in tub. Haven’t used yet but. Hopefully it hasn’t been left in storage for months on end, only the owners know..
