What a great product! I liked my reformer and enjoyed using it before...but having it supported properly and off the floor the 8 or 10 inches makes it that much better. The stand went together quickly and is very high quality and the extra height not only makes it easier to get on and off the reformer...but also allows even more motion range and makes some of the exercises easier to perform without brushing my hands against the floor. The stand also comes apart very easily if you want to fold the reformer up for storage and is super simple to set up again. Well made, great fit, makes a great product even better...what's not to like. I read some reviews saying the stand didn't fit their reformer so I would definitely recommend measuring the width and length of the feet on yours to make sure it is the right size. I am super satisfied with my stand, it was exactly what I was hoping it would be...and it was about 1/2 the price on Amazon.

I bought a 5-cord Stamina Aero Pilates reformer on craigslist, but it didn't come with a stand. I contacted Stamina directly and they quickly told me which size stand I'd need to go with my model. Ordered it Amazon, and it arrived 2 days later, and 2 days EARLIER than it was supposed to. It took me all of 5 minutes to open the box, pull the pieces out and have it fully assembled. Set my reformer on it and was ready to go. You don't have to have a stand for the reformer, but it sure makes everything easier, plus it allows you to do some exercises (Eve's Lunge, for example) that you can't do on a reformer sitting on the floor. This stand is manufactured Stamina and is extremely easy to put together, durable and sturdy.

This stand was so easy to assemble. It's sturdy and it lifted my performer approximately 10 inches off the floor. I'm 68 years old and I had issues getting off the floor. Now I have the ability to use the machine again. Just a quick note, it takes two people to lift the performer and guide it into place. I'm loving this stand.

I was getting ready to return this item as it did not fit until I read some of the reviews where someone said to turn the stand around and it fit perfectly.

This stand is really useful for getting my AeroPilates machine off the ground. It does fit my 5 cord machine - I wasn't sure if it would, but it does. I purchased this one used and am a little disappointed with the condition for the price, but the issues are only cosmetic and don't affect the function, so I'm fine with it. The one thing that did cause a momentary problem is that it came without any instructions. It's pretty quick and straightforward to set up, but I didn't realize that one of the pieces with the feet was wider than the others to accommodate one side of the machine, and for a minute I thought the machine didn't fit on the stand. Once I realized the issue, it was just a matter of swapping out the feet and then it fit perfectly. The other thing to note is that there are holes in the top of the stand that the feet of the AeroPilates machine fit inside. There's not really any other piece that holds it in place. I was worried that might not be secure enough, but so far it seems to be. I also noticed that the stand leaks some oil in places, so it's a good idea to have a mat or something underneath it, to keep the oil off your floor.

Love having it off the floor. Feels more like studio height and gives more range for other movements. Very sturdy, glad I purchased it after much consideration.

We have a Stamina Premier XP Reformer. After unpacking the box for this stand, it was a snap to put together. Literally fit bars into slots, and you're finished. One end is shorter, one end is longer. The instructions tell you which end of the reformer is shorter, so you shouldn't goof when you put the reformer on the stand. The reformer's feet are placed into the stand's holes on the four corners of the stand. Getting on the reformer is now easier and there's no rocking when you get on it. Nice and sturdy! If you want a stand, this is a highly recommended buy.

Aeropilates machine are much more popular than I realized because this stand also took awhile to be back in stock. As much as I hate to say it, having this stand does make the machine much better... particularly if you're used to practicing on reformers in a studio. However, not having it isn't the end of the world. If you plan to store your machine after each use, then this stand wouldn't be necessary. Main exercises that would really benefit from this stand (imho) would probably be short and long box series if you also purchased the long box from Aeropilates (I did) - overall that is a small fraction of the practice. In fact, I don't really think I can do pull-straps properly without the extra height. So I was kind of stuck since I already purchased the box. If you don't really use the box, you can also consider skipping this. I work in front of a mirror and having the extra height also makes it easier for me to check my form. All in all, if you already have a machine and use it regularly with extra space to spare - get this! Else, you can probably skip.

Excellent sturdy stand and it fits perfectly

Brilliant bit of kit. I know its a bit more expensive, but has made doing my pilates so much easier. Easy to put together & sturdy. Its 10 inches above the floor, so getting up & down is a breeze now, rather than trying to get up from floorlevel. Very pleased i ordered it.

Perfect for my 4 cord reformer , good solid stand easy to assemble and arrived in time . Makes getting on and off reformer lot easier after my knee surgery

I’ve had my AreoPilates machine for a few years but didn’t purchase the stand with it. It wasn’t very easy to use on carpet so I never really used it. I recently decided to purchase a stand but I was unable to find it where I originally bought my machine so decided to search Amazon and found it! I purchased the stand at the end of November and just put it together tonight. The assembly was SUPER EASY as was attaching my Pilates machine. Trying it out for the first time with the stand was awesome. My AeroPilates machine has NEVER WORKED SO SMOOTHLY! Although I am very happy with my purchase, I do wish the price of the stand was more affordable since the machine itself was quite pricey, and in my opinion, the machine was not user friendly without the stand. I wish I found this stand on Amazon and purchased it a long time ago. Both my husband and I will get a lot of use out of the AreoPilates machine going forward.
