These are the vegetable peelers to get.
I have tested these vegetable peelers out and I have to say they exceeded my expectation. I tested them on an Apple, Cucumber and last but least. Butternut Squash. It did great with all three. You may have to use a little bit of strength for the butternut squash. If you didn't know. Butternut Squash is tough to peel anyway. They work very well for me and they are Sharp.

Sharp! Be careful
I didn't even use it yet, but while unwrapping it it felt sharp! It looks like some good quality vegetable peeler and I saw a lot of good reviews so I'm excited to try it & see. I like that this was a duo pack with ergonomic design that makes it easy to hold.

Perfect for tough veggies
I used the peelers today to peel sweet potatoes for fries, and they exceeded my expectations. Sweet potatoes can be difficult to peel because of their density, but these blades are incredibly sharp and glide right through. The best part is the handle—the contoured shape fits perfectly in my hand, and the black silicone strips provide a secure, non-slip grip. Very comfortable to use for preparing a large batch. Highly recommend!

Sharp and durable
I've had my pair of peelers for over three months now, and they've been through the dishwasher plenty of times. They stay sharp, look high-end, and handle beautifully. Just a heads-up—fingers and nails beware! They’re so sharp, you might end up adding more than just veggies to the soup!

The best peelers I could find lately.

Like the grip on these 2 peelers. Sharp and do a great job on carrots and potatoes. Took off 1 star as the blades are very thin and have more movement in the handle than other peelers raising concerned the blade will break or come out of the handle.
