The lid can be closed and this doesn’t leak in upside downs. I had just tested with my video ( wish I can upload it ) . Actually pretty cool . I have struggled to open it with my first attempt and I broke it so I didn’t recognise it . There is a correct direction you got to break the tab and written on top but it was dark and I didn’t see it . The quality of water is not like French alps and Austria alps is new to me so normal that I didn’t like it straight but you feel better if you get used to it . I now like it . I have been introduced and kept thinking why this is so good . A bit like spy kid . Took time to recognise it. So I can carry this to gym etc and dispose it or even fill water in although don’t know for hygiene purposes. But surely one use will be ok. I think this has some sort of new ways to use it and interesting indeed ! Not only for an emergency. All was going well until I opened the can.. the water is undrinkable. I was astonished as barely any reviews mentioned the taste of the water. It tastes like tin. I tried room temp and straight out of the fridge.. it’s just terrible. It made me gag. We loved our first box which was delivered, it tasted fresh and free of impurities, unfortunately my next order tasted different. I assumed it was just the first can, but I believe the box I had delivered had been sat for along time or the water has not been filtered as it used to be. Unfortunately with the water having a more ‘chemical’ taste I am not sure whether to continue purchasing this product.
