Thought this may be too long to handle but I have been proved wrong. It is easy to use and I have had no problems with grating cheese, garlic and ginger or zesting. Sharp compared to my last grater but too soon to tell how long this will last. Like the snap on /off cover too.

I absolutely love this grater/zester. The only thing is it is so sharp you need to use it carefully and keep away from children, although I would have thought that would be obvious to all.

I had previously struggled to zest with other implements that I own, so I bought this little beauty as I was fed up with how difficult it all seemed. The size and shape of this zester are just perfect for the job, zesting lemons, limes, oranges are all easy with this wonderful tool, and does a great job with cheese (like parmesan) too. Fabulous purchase.

Very sharp and quite course grater. Perfect for Parmesan but a but lethal if you catch a knuckle.

Exceeded expectations. It is indeed sharp but having tried it out on a lemon, it was fine and no scraped fingers here.Yes, it was a tiny bit reluctant to let go of the zest stuck on the back but that's due to the nature of the zest which is oily and nothing to detract from a good piece of kitchen kit.I like the safety sheath, which is an excellent idea if you are scrabbling about in an untidy kitchen drawer (I'm not) and the handle is very user friendly.It handled grating the Parmesan over my pasta in style and I expect to get a lot of use from it.All in all, a good buy at a great price. Highly recommended.

Wow! only used for parmesan at the moment but it did a brilliant job, because its so sharp I had a lot of finely grated cheese in a few seconds. Do be careful using it, it is very sharp, but that makes it perfect for the job it has to do! Easier to grate onto a board than over a plate of pasta though as blade is long so moves a bit if holding over a plate rather than resting on something!Great to have a cover for the blade so that it's safely stored in the drawer.

This product is brilliant for grating cheese and harder things like nutmeg. However, for me, ginger and garlic get stuck behind the grater and are tricky to get out. It works, but it's not the best grater we've ever had. Good for the money though.

This works very well with good quality hard parmesan Seems to be of reasonable quality too, it is very sharp.
