put these on your baking sheets and save using non-stick spray and scraping/throwing away your pans. you have to let things stay in the oven for a minute or two longer if you want stuff a little crispy, but cookies, pizza rolls, frozen burritos with cheese, just sponge off mat or put in dishwasher, and the baking tray isn't even dirtied.

Replaced my old worn out Silpat with these. Love them. Can't tell a difference....except in the price!
