New Chair Day!
I've gone through a number of chairs over the last 10 years, but I've never spent more than £170 on one.My latest chair, which I've only had for just less then 2 years, started to lean to the left. I also suffer with my back and neck, so I decided to buy a new chair which had lumber and neck support.I was a bit apprehensive about the price of £350 (I spent £299 after applying the £50 voucher at top of page), but I thought, you can't put a price on comfortable sitting, especially since I sit at my desk for around 12 hours per day (I work from home). So I decided to go for this one seen as it has the tilt function as well as the recline function, which a lot of chairs don't seem to have both any more. While unboxing this chair, I could instantly feel the difference between this and all the other chairs I've had over the years. It oozes quality even before it's assembled. Assembly was pretty easy, I did it by myself and it took me around 30-40 minutes using only the hex wrench supplied. All the parts are well packaged and the screws and hex wrench are in a proper packet rather than loose inside a bag, not important but a nice touch. The instructions are also very easy to follow with pictures of each step.Once assembled, the chair looks fantastic! I can't get over how sterdy this thing is. All my other chairs I've owned have some sort of wobble, creek and slight bounce whenever I sat in them, this one is solid as a rock. I also notice how it is silent on every movement. When I roll it under my desk or back out again to get up, it doesn't make a single sound. My office is upstairs and I have a carpeted floor, and usually when I roll my chair, you can hear the floor boards under the wheels, but with this chair there is nothing! I guessing the larger size wheels are what makes this chair feel and sound so smooth, idk.The chair is very comfortable to sit in too. The neck support is great and so is the lumber. Both can be adjusted to your tastes by raising/lowering. The chair has a recline feature which is as easy as pulling the leaver on your right hand side. It also has the tilt function which is locked/unlocked by the leaver under the chair on the left, and the height adjustment leaver is under then chair on your right. The arms are also fully adjustable using the three buttons on each arm. You can lower/raise, slide forward/backward/left/right and also twist the arms, which requires no button press, just a bit of force. The arms look plastic in the photos but they are actually like a sturdy foam material which makes them soft, but firm. There is a slight wobble to the arms as they are fully adjustable but it's perfectly acceptable for my liking. Most of the time my arms are on my desk anyways. The only downside I found was a slight discolouration on the seat . If you look at my photo, you can see what I mean, right on the seat cushion. It looks almost like a stain patch. With the naked eye, you can only see it in certain angles to the light so I'm not bothered enough to complain. All in all a great chair which is well worth it's price-tag!

This is possibly the best deal on Amazon right now
TLDR; This chair is amazing at it's normal price, but at £260 this is a genuine steal. In the market? Just buy it.Been in the market for a new chair for too long now, or at least I felt that way until I bought this. Now I am glad I held off for so long. Paying £260 for this chair feels like stealing. I have sat in Secretlab and Noble chairs at mates houses, this is a step up on every level. But mostly comfort...My god is it comfortable. Like, car seat comfortable. It's properly deep, so my legs are fully supported, which is something I have never actually had in a chair before. I have only had it setup for a few hours, and I already feel more relaxed in general just being in my studio. Everything can be adjusted to perfectly fit your prefered position, the seat base is firm enough to feel supportive, yet squishy enough to be comfortable. The arm rests are made of a lovely feeling material, even though plastic. Got a squishy quality to it, hard to describe. But they are all one piece so they wont disintegrate like cheaper chairs will. The backrest fully covers and supports my back and shoulders - Im a fairly broad shouldered 6ft guy, and I can feel no pinching or anything like that. The wings are just comfortable and no pinching there either. The reclining system is amazing, I can now easily lie back for watching a film or TV show, its a great feeling just floating there. And finally it looks incredible imo, and even better in the flesh that in the photos tbh.For my build the lumber probably isnt needed, and neither is the headrest, but it is nice to have them included, and who knows in the future I may find a use for them. The base and wheels are solid as a rock, base made out of metal so zero worries of longevity there.Basically, I can't say enough good things about this chair. If you are on the taller side of things & in the market for a new gaming chair, just buy this while it is cheap. I just can't believe I paid £250 for it.10/10, would recommend to anyone and if I ever need another chair (which I doubt by this things build quality), Ill be shopping Anda Seat for sure.

Great until something goes wrong
I did like the chair, i bought the xl one as im not small and wanted to make sure it would last. It stated that it would be fine with 150kg and me being a good 20 to 30kg below that i assumed this would be the case.the chair is comfortable and comes across as well built however almost 6 months to the date i hear a pop and find a sheared bolt on the floor. the whole central block that deals with the tilt/adjustment is warped and being pushed from the inside out.Now as its 6 months after buying it amzon wont deal with it and this is where the trouble started.over a week to get the first reply,i had to send the faulty photo/videos 4 times with an explanation each timea replacement was offered and i was told it would be delivered the following day, im now over a week laterive asked several times for tracking inform and confirmation but every time i just the same. "ill update when i have postage info"As you can tell im getting annoyed, every message comes with a days delay, the person who im talking to is in china and basically is useless as they cant give me a straight answer. If this carries on i will be demanding my money back as this is silly now.@Anda Why on earth say "Chair will be out for delivery today, and will be delivered today or tomorrow I supposed." when you cant even prove the items being sent over a week later. Sort out a Uk team who can deal with these orders if you cant correctly deal with it yourself.
