My packaging was open… this is an amazing product. Just upset because I refuse to use a product that is open.

OK, so the product separates. See other reviews on how to make that better. I am guessing that the chemicals used to *not* make this product separate would be irritating. If you have sensitive skin and are using this for a barrier cream, I cannot recommend it enough. I use it on my lips to prevent dermatitis from my toothpaste. I also have spots on my face that are constantly irritated, and I put it on at night under a moisturizer to soothe my angry patches on my cheek. Anytime I want to soothe or protect my skin, this is my go-to product. The cream goes on white and stays that way because it contains zinc oxide. I use it at night or sparingly. Also of note: it does not cause acne!

This was recommended to me by AI and it definitely hit the mark! I have dry, sensitive skin that is prone to redness.I love it this product. I use it several times a week in the evening and especially after I use my red light therapy or microneedle. It feels so soothing and nice going on and it instantly calms my skin. It is unscented (which I love since I have sensitive skin). This is moisturizing without being too greasy as well. I think this truly improves and soothes my skin and I will be buying it again in the future - in fact, I think I signed up for a subscription for this.

I usually don't write reviews but this cream was a life saver. The spring water sometimes separates, but the tube is pretty pliable where I just squeezed it from top to bottom a few times and it really wasn't a big deal for me at all. It's very refreshing, It served two purposes for me. It took away the itch of mosquito bites and I had also scratched myself enough to break skin and since I am under a medical treatment at the moment this causes me to heal slower. This cream provided so much relief, it soothed and I believe it even helped the scar heal. I am so grateful that I found it.

Thick moisturizer without feeling heavy or greasy. Skins feels nice and hydrated. I got the smaller size so I hope a little goes a long way. It’s my first time getting it, I’ll probably get the larger size next time.

Wonderful cream. Both times I’ve ordered it from Amazon it has come separated, like many others have said, due to the cold temperatures it was shipped in. The first time, warming it up and shaking it in the tube worked to get it all combined again. This last time I ordered, I tried that several times and it did not work; I ended up cleaning out a small jar and squeezing out the whole tube into it, soaking that jar in hot water, and then shook it up. It took a lot more shaking than I anticipated, but it finally all combined and works great, and I think I even prefer it in the small jar.

I’ve heard a lot of great things about this cream, but I was also warned about the water separation that can happen in cold weather. Unfortunately, when I received the product, it was mostly water and in poor condition. To fix it, I placed the tube in hot water (around 80°C) for about 10 minutes, then shook it vigorously and let it cool to room temperature. After some effort, it finally turned into a smooth, buttery texture (not as milky though). I hope the heating didn’t affect the quality of the product.I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: first, the texture was poor when it arrived, and second, the smell is a bit off—it reminded me of the glue used in paper products.On the positive side, the cream is gentle on my sensitive, irritated skin and provides an extra layer of moisture overnight. I’d recommend using an additional serum or moisturizer before or after applying this if you have dry skin.
