Love it except came damaged.
The drip tray came cracked in upper corner. Debated if I should return, except I didn't notice until I had already laid my meat on this. box was not damaged in transit so can only guess it was damaged before packaging. Quality control on most items sucks anymore. BUT, LOVE the way this defrosts quickly. Life saver as I am always forgetting to take meat out of freezer until mid afternoon.

i found out about this little wonder way too late in life
This is the coolest kitchen gadget that I never knew even existed. I am terrible at remembering to pull meat out of the freezer for dinner. This little tray defrosts steaks, chicken, fish, etc. in rapid pace so that even forgetful moms like me can still pull off great dinners at the last minute. And dishwasher safe! Its the only way I go now -- dishwasher safe!

Doesn't defrost food faster
I defrosted 4 chicken thighs. 2 on this product and 2 on the counter covered with a paper towel. After a few hours they were defrosted the same amount. I can't see any value to this item.

This Thing Doesn't Work AT ALL!
I was extremely disappointed with this item to say the least. I work a lot of hours and I was really hoping that this item would assist by cutting my time in the kitchen down so in the event I didn't tell my kids to pull something out of the freezer for dinner, I would have this thawing plate. It did not work at all, not in the slightest, actually I think what I put on it may have taken longer to thaw than if I had just put it in the sink and left it. I would return this thing in a heartbeat had I not thrown the box away. Do not purchase this item if you are looking for any help in the kitchen or if you're expecting it to do what it says.
