Everything came out perfectly! The quality iof the product itself and the image i placed on the back all was 10/10. I got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. He loved it and commented on the quality of it himself and usually he’s picky with that stuff.Customer service was also 10/10 my first order was unfortunately lost in transit and i contacted the business for a refund so i could re purchase their product and they instead just fully replaced the item and even allowed me to fix a mistake i made on it that i didn’t realize i made until they verified what i first ordered.

The engraving is very nice but the picture was slightly fuzzy looking but I think it’s also because I didn’t choose a super clear photo so make sure you choose a high quality photo and it came in after about 3 weeks

The pictures don't do these justice. They are very good quality. The picture is clear and vibrant. The words are actually engraved, unlike some I have ordered that are only painted on. I ordered 3 of these. I got the silver side and the darker one. I am very pleased with each one. These come from china. The shipping from the seller and through china is quick and easily trackable. Once it gets into the US it is no longer trackable. I don't know whose fault that is. I was rather rough with them, using pliers to remove the jump rings to replace with my own. I scratched the paint on them. I easily touched it up with a little black paint. I'm not sure if they scratch easily. I would recommend to the seller to coat them with a hard clearcoat, but that would raise the price I'm sure. Would definitely buy these again. Highly recommended!!

I bought it as a gift for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. And he loved it! I forgot to take a picture of it but he loved it! It came out sooo cute! The quality of the picture and the engraving, everything was perfect! Highly recommend it! I’m definitely going to repurchase for other gifts!

Ho usato questo prodotto come idea regalino per la festa dei nonni per il mio papà, un regalo tanto piaciuto a me e a lui... fatto bene, qualità del portachiavi ottima per nulla “leggerina” ! Consiglio.

Con mia grande felicità arrivato dopo 2 settimane dall'ordine, molto in anticipo dalle previsioni scritte e quindi posso regalarlo per la festa del papà! molto bello, come da descrizione, la foto è ben visibile e la dedica nel retro è perfetta come da richiesta. Non posso recensire la durabilità dato che non è ancora in uso ma devo dire che sono molto soddisfatta.

SPLENDIDO: ottima qualità sia del materiale che della stampa che è perfettamente coerente con l'anteprima. Spedizione veloce e tracciabile nonostante arrivi da lontano, ma comunque arrivato 20 giorni prima del previsto! Consigliato!
