The tea bags are almost waterproof
I put the tea bags in hot water and steep. when it time to drink the tea water is almost same color. And teabag is full of water but will not drain even when attempting to squeeze water out of bag. Usually the result is a broken tea bag. Very strange i know. Thinking there is some oily substance being released inside the bag clogging it up. I have had other Kava teas that do not have this effect. It is very strange . i have 6 boxes of this I will have to throw away :) .
