This book is good for salon owners and managers. There are some tips for employees. As a commission stylists a lot of the information is this book wasn't relatable.

So Amazing. Now I understand What it Takes to be The BEST!
I have just finished reading this book. I have 3 currently from Ready,Set,GO!! Beauty Books. I have always wanted to offer 5 Star Service in my salon. For years I always thought I was giving my clients the best service. Well after reading this book I truly understand what it means to offer 5 Star service and keep my customers. I will take every step and teach my staff what it takes to be the best. Amazing how the book breaks down services, front desk, and all the areas and aspects of what your customers expect and how to do it. That's the best part many of us think we offer great service when in fact its just OK, I have already had customers thank me for some of the things we have implemented from this book, Its only been a few weeks but my staff and customers love what we are doing!!!!

I leave this in the break room at the salon ...
I leave this in the break room at the salon and print out certain excerpts - which I place on the fridge so that my employees can read and get informed. I find that after reading this book I, and my staff, are inspired and motivated to provide top notch service at the salon. Even if you're on a budget or running tight on funds, this book provides simple tricks that can make your service 5 star for your clients. If you're not going to read it? Leave it in your break room! Your employees will benefit greatly, mine sure did.

Making money in your salon...it's all about the service
I have owned my salon for ten years and thought I had my customer service down to a science. Now, I truly understand what good service means in the salon. My customers have noticed and my bottom line has increased, as I have implemented many of the books ideas! Great facts, great ideas and old school etiquette that is simple to install in any salon - small or large.
