Excellent Customer Service!
I purchased this for my elderly mom. Unfortunately, she said it did not work for her. I contacted the seller via e-mail; they were fast to respond and very helpful! I was grateful for their kindness and for the refund.

Difficult to set up and use
I am disappointed with this product and will be returning it. It is a.kluge! It's difficult to set up, difficult to use, did not fit well, and the drop missed my eye. I use three different drops and it would be impossible to remove each bottle to reuse it. At $15 each, I would need three of them! .

No Regrets
Just tried for the first time, got my drops in my eye without anxiety and effortlessly. It normally takes 7 tries to get drops in my eyes.

I wish it worked, but......
I had hope this would help as I have limited vision and putting eye drops in for me is not simple. It does not stay straight in applicator for me and therefore after several attempts I probably will give up on this device 2 stars says it looks functional and well-made but still does not help me with eye drops getting in my eye and instead spilling and wasting on my face.

It was a waste of money for me
I HATE USING EYE DROPS! I have a difficult time letting something fall into my eyes... after cataract removal eye drops 4xs a day for a month. So I bought this and it in no way aligns the eye with the drops; unless you're lying down with BRIGHT lights on to help see if it's lined up. The center piece is a soft rubber piece that allows bottle to move and if you squeeze the bottle "wrong" the alignment is gone. All in all I have better luck holding my eye open.

100% Recommend!!
100% recommend! Bought it for a senior with arm tremors and she can use it independently. It takes a couple of practice turns but once you get the feel of it, it works great!
