Good power and weight
Powerful demo hammer, good for small to medium jobs. Not a substitute for the Bosch Brute breaker, but clearly not in the same class either.

Powerful, reliable
I gave my son-i-law one for Christmas. He used it to put up fencing in Texas limestone. Cuts like butter, even using a portable generator.

Great Hitachi hammer except the handle is extremely weak and already broke.....I guess it was made for a homeowner not a contractor..the handle has rubber dampeners to absorb shock and just snapped..pulling the wires from the motor..not built like the old hammers

Tile removal
I am a general contractor in south florida. I bought this for my guys to remove tile floors in condos. They were complaining about the Hitachi DH38YE not having enough power to deal with the cork. The 3" wide bit really didn't work to well, it would dive into the concrete and mess the floor up. Is what I did was take an asphalt cutter and ground it straight, basically making my own 6" scraper. It works pretty well...This machine has so much power cork really is no match for it. If the tile come up fairly easy I can easily do 1500+ sqft in a day. The only down fall with using this machine for this application is the weight. Be ready to be tired after using this all day. I would for sure buy this machine again.

I am a contractor and we have been using this tool for 11 years without any issues. Buying another one for added business.

I have not used it yet
I had a big demo job with some concrete, then the builder backed out at the last minute. This thing has been in my garage ever since.
