A friend recommended trying this as he'd read something online about cherry extract helping with peripheral neuropathy. It's early days on it, and may just coincide with a good spell anyway, but slight improvement over normal. Having tried the usual range of NHS meds with little success why not, giving it a whirl and hoping as any improvement is better than none.

Good product. I've been using it for a while for antiinflammatory purposes and dealing with gout type symptoms and it works well for me. Quality of the product seems consistently good and the packaging is easy to recycle. I've tried other alternatives but think this is the best.

As expected

I have been taking these for about two months and there has been a recent slight improvement in my sleep quality. I may stop them for a while once the bottle is empty to see if there are any changes

Good value and seem to be as good as other cherry capsules. Part of my daily vitamin routine.

Made me feel very ill even though I only took one a day. I woke up feeling exhausted and dizzy after the first one. Thought it may be just a coincidence so tried it again with the same result. The other issue I had was that I woke up tired and had to sleep at leat 14 hours of the day and night to actually get rid of the horrible feeling these capsules gave me. I will never buy again and try to buy fresh.
