2 of the canisters were empty and the quality of the O2 is lower than stated - takes at least 3 times the recommended blasts. never again!!!!

I’ll admit, I was really intrigued by these little cans of pure recreational oxygen. I’ve heard of oxygen bars and stuff and have always thought the idea was pretty cool. Hilariously the day I got these my sisters and there husbands happened to be over and I dared my brother in law to try it first, which he did. Which then ended up turning into everyone trying it. Now I’m going to be honest, I didn’t feel any difference at all. And neither did my sisters or my brother in laws. But each of us only took 3 or 4 breaths and none of us were exerting ourselves at all, nor do any of us have any health problems. But even still what I ended up doing is giving a few to my collage aged sister and her friends, and they swear they felt better and had more energy for a bit. So do they work? I’m going to be honest and say I’m not really sure. Again I didn’t feel any different, but my sister and her friends said they did. Personally I think it’s really pricy for some bottles of air that feel like they dont have anything in them. But if they worked for me I might have bought them. So I guess it’s going to depend on if it works for you or not!

I've had some experiences with oxygen in the past. I was at a party in Vegas where they had an oxygen bar, I had emergency surgery a little while ago where they had me on oxygen after, and I tried one of these canisters just hanging out in the kitchen. All three were similar experiences, I'm pretty sure I could tell the difference but it wasn't a huge life-changing experience, just helped me feel a little bit better. Calming deep breaths honestly provided a similar feeling of having more oxygen in the bloodstream. The above notwithstanding, I'm pushing 50 and do intense CrossFit workouts 4-6 times a week. I'm often finishing a workout giving everything I have right up to the end and finish the workout with my heart rate pegged and I'm gasping for air on the floor. Today I brought one of these canisters and as I finished the workout, I grabbed the canister and took a few deep inhales while spraying it into my mouth. Within a few seconds, I felt like I could feel the difference. I felt like my heart rate recovered faster than usual and I was noticeably feeling better than I typically do. Is there a chance it was the placebo effect? Sure. Do I care? Not really. My one criticism of the product is the loud spraying sound the cans make when you are using them. People around me at the gym were all wondering what I was "spraying". I'd be more likely to use it if it wasn't as loud. At the current pricing, they are about $6.50 a bottle which seems a bit towards crazy considering they seem to provide enough for a few workouts. People definitely spend more on crazier things but I'd have a hard time justifying making this a regular part of my workout recovery. Overall, I'm happy with "Oxygen Plus O+ Mini (Pack of 12)" and would recommend it for people who have a specific need or problem they are trying to solve. I like the idea of having a couple of canisters around for our next high-altitude hiking trip or to keep in my gym bag for that occasional extremely intense workout.

I found that it really would wake me up and give me energy. The first bottle I used of this pack, I sprayed and nothing happened. Sprayed a second time much harder and that did the trick. Oxygen is so great, I have even purchased cans of it for when I was working and going in at 4 in the morning or midnight. I needed something to help me function and coffee alone was not doing it. I just took the other two hits.

Its sad that we have to buy oxygen now when God gave us Free clean oxygen to begin with. I can will last 1 sitting & u must take 4-5.

I got these mini cans of oxygen for high altitude hiking. They are small, portable and not a lot of weight added to my hiking bag. I tested 2 of the cans, both sprayed steadily with no issue. Each can holds about 24 breaths or 1.5 liters. I like having these mini cans on hand for an added peace of mind for my hiking first aid kit.
