It fit my P365, but I believe the P938 is quite a bit larger.

Yes it will. Mine fits with my jacket on. Very adjustable.

Q: can mag pouches be removed

Yes they can be removed but they would have to be replaced with another holster or attachment to wear the holster correctly. Thank you.
