Is this a good fasting supplement?

I use it for nighttime leg cramps, it was recommended by my Doctor. It works well for leg cramps. Ask your Doctor what supplements are required for fasting.

I just swallowed them as pills. I guess you could Crack them open...

Klean Electrolytes does not contain a significant level of carbohydrate/calories. Carbohydrate is an FDA mandated item for the supplement facts panel. Carbs must “be listed when they are present in measurable amounts. A measurable amount is an amount that exceeds the amount that can be declared as "zero" 0.5g in the nutrition label of conventional foods, as specified in 21 CFR 101.9(c)”. Klean Athlete does not list carbohydrates on Klean Electrolytes label therefore, the amount is less than .5g.

So much better than Smart Water

I for the longest time purchased bottles and bottles of Smart Water for the electrolytes. I now purchase items like this and take with poland spring water, so much cheaper thean the Smart Water

Good Alternative to Sports Drinks

Ordered for an immediate family member. Seems to works as well or perhaps even better than Propel for her purposes, plus as an added bonus, she can take these with water or whatever preferred liquid versus being stuck with limited sports drink flavors.

I got these for my wife when she was pregnant. she has a lot of allergies and can't take most supplements and she can't drink sny sport drinks. so these were really god for her getting the electrolytes she needed.

Great as a hangover cure along with Zantac the morning after. Side note does cause bloating as it makes you retain due to the sodium.
