Not for human consumption
I put this battery in my Blendtec to try to get a good amount of lithium to take because it’s not legal in my country, but it just caught fire. So I don’t even know what to do now, because now I’m out both of battery, and the lithium, and a blender! Totally unreasonable. Before I destroyed the battery by accident, I did happen to use it, and it was excellent. It had the amperage as advertised and was the correct size, and was really convenient to use.

Great choice for Power.
This was super easy to install, but be aware that Raspberry Pi Zero models with pre-soldered headers might not make full contact with the pins. In my case, I had to add a bit of extra solder and slightly round the ends on the Zero board to ensure a good connection. Once adjusted, everything worked perfectly.

This thing looks cool, but it's battery life is trash.
This product is disappointing in the extreme. I used it to power several Raspberry Pi 0 and 02W devices with varying degrees of computational demand, but the battery life is awful. Even for a headless Pi 0 running minimal services, a fully charged PiSugar2 provided less than 90 minutes of battery life. The form factor is also extremely frustrating. The battery is just a shade too large to allow for mounting anything underneath with standoffs/screws, and it will require a custom printed case to be both protected and usable.

Works well, but discharges when not in use.
Not much to complain about. The hardware is well done for the most part and the software isn't too complex to work with; although it did require some digging to find a version of the management software that worked with my raspbian version. The only complaint I have is that is has shelf load. Even when not connected to a pi, or anything, and powered off, it discharges in something like a week. It has a real-time-clock battery, so I don't understand what could be drawing this much power. Frankly, if it didn't have a dedicated battery for the real-time-clock, I don't understand what could be drawing that much power. Just a rough back of the napkin calculation if it is draining in 1 week at idle, is 1200mAh / 168h = 7.14mA draw while idle. I hate to take 2 stars for that, but it's significant for a device that lives on a shelf primarily and comes down occasionally to do a job. It means I either have to keep it plugged up to a charger and wear the battery out, or I need to anticipate needing it in time to charge it up. I'm also worried about how deeply it is discharging (I'll try to remember to check voltage next time it's "dead," and update this.

still using after 1 year, great price with the quality

Great item, works flawlessly and easy to apply to any project. Only downside I found was having to utilise a workaround to enable the RTC functionality but this was project dependent and not an issue with the hardware. Highly recommended.
