Dear customer, The RATED power consumption is roughly 1.2W for each lamp light. The current draw differs in different voltages, operating voltage range is ±10% difference available at rated voltage range. Thanks LUBAN

Can the buzzer be changed from intermittent / flashing to steady on?

There's a switch inside for you to adjust flashing or steady on. It's separate from buzzer.
