Impressed so far
The heater arrived yesterday & I put it to use the second I unboxed it. I needed a heater with a blower for my living room. I also needed it to be location-flexible, so I chose this one since the reviews were good. It looks like the best heater of its type in my price range. I got the version with a humidifier on it in case I end up needing that, but I don't currently have it attached. I can add it later if I need to.It's about the size of one of those fabric storage cubes, if you've ever seen those, but slightly taller. I saw in the description that it had wheels, but it didn't click with me until I was setting it up. These are smooth rolling wheels that make it a breeze to roll around wherever you need it. You can make small adjustments with your foot, even. That said, if you have kids or pets, it moves easily enough that you'd want to eyeball it frequently to make sure it hasn't bumped into a dangerous position. It has a fairly long cord which adds to the placement flexibility. It's really nice looking for a heater. They aren't kidding when they say it's touch safe. I haven't felt the box heat up at all. It doesn't even get warm. Since it's a new heater, I've been feeling the cord periodically to make sure that's not getting hot either & the cord is staying nice & cool. I've mostly been using it on ECO & it's run for several hours non-stop & all is still cool. The controls on the front are intuitive & SUPER EASY with nice big buttons. The controls aren't fiddly at all. One of the things I really like about the control panel is that if you press the down arrow & the MODE button at the same time, it'll tell you the ambient air temperature of the room it's in, so you can see how you're doing as far as heating up the room. It's easy to press both at the same time because the large buttons are place in good proximity to each other. You could do it with two hands, if you needed to, but my hands are tiny & I can do it with one hand. And finally, my FAVORITE part of using this heater is that it's got a dual heating system inside. Sure, it's got the blower that works very well, but you're not only heated by the blower. It's got an infrared-type system too which helps you *feel* warmer while it's gradually heating your room. My little 100+ year old house is super drafty & cold. The heater has been on about an hour & the room has only come up a few degrees so far, but I feel warmer & more comfortable because of the infrared thing. For instance, when I got up this morning, the room temperature on the heater said 53 (verified as accurate by an actual thermometer in the room). It's been about an hour & the room temp is now 58 -- which is still pretty cold for a house, but I don't feel like it's only 58. I'm not grabbing for my blanket. I'm not directly in front of the heater either (sorta off to the side). This feeling warmer in a still cold room is very impressive. The point of heating is to feel more comfortable & this heater accomplishes this task much better than if it only had a blower. I can feel on my legs that the cold is still out there on the fringes, but it's not biting me -- if that makes sense.Would I buy this heater again? Absolutely. I feel like I got a good value & that the heater will last a long time. It's put together very well & there's no part of it that doesn't feel like it'll last. I'm very impressed. I'll update if any of this changes.

Great little heater, albeit ugly
The media could not be loaded. This is a fantastic little heater, especially for the price. We got solar panels last year and are trying to keep our gas bill lower for the winter (we have the thermostat set for 58) so decided to try to offset with space heaters this winter. As you can see in the video, we have high ceilings and a large open space to heat. This little heater really throws it off. It doesn’t completely heat the kitchen but definitely takes the nip out and the living room area is comfortable. We have much smaller heaters for our bedroom and son’s room, but for the larger area this is excellent. The humidifier function is pretty lame. We didn’t really need it but it was less expensive than the same model without. It IS ugly as other reviewers have noted, but that means nothing to me. It’s only been a few days so if anything changes I will update. No update means it’s still going strong! Great little heater. Great price. Highly recommend.

Humidifer tank size
Heater works good but the Humidifier tank is too extremely too small.

Safe,dependable,heats well.
Well this might be long.. First I've owned many brands and I keep coming back to this heater. Even spent $295. on a very well known brand and this heater out performed it with ease. I returned the overpriced one. We have a 12x12 insulated room with bedroom furniture and set the heater at 68° eco n it keeps it toasty while in the lower 30s outside . It doesn't run all the time like the other brand. We don't use the steam feature. We own 3 of these 2 still work while the other one has issues with one of the heating tubes. They heat up our living room comfortably but not great for long-term use. 24'x15'... takes the chill off till the main heat kicks in...pellet stove. Very safe, cord stays cool, heats objects not just the air. The down side is some only lasted a few year's. Known issues..Heater tube fail, temp not staying where it was set..1 out of 3. Most other brands I've used have failed with burnt-out heating eliments, cord getting hot or melted, just blew out warm air. I would say no matter what the heater says it will only heat it's best by the components it uses and how it's built. For me this heats my room's very well without costing an arm and leg and safely.

Great Heater!
Beautiful with wood casing, easy to move as it has rollers and very solid... easy to set up, easy to use and heats the entire living room, kitchen and bathroom, about 500 square feet... I live in the 2 bedroom upper half of an old Victorian house made into a duplex. The remote back was hard to open to put in the batteries and I broke the tab, maybe my fault tho.... but I don't really need it. The humidifier is a nice addition as I have a lot of Hoyas, orchid cactus and other succulent plants so good for us and the plants but I also use 2 other humidifiers. This heater is much more efficient and warms better than the old baseboard heaters that I don't use anymore.

Junk
If I could give it zero stars I would. It lasted about two months before it stopped heating properly. Contacted Amazon and Dr infrared about the issue with little to no help. Dr infrared wanted me to disassemble the heater and replace the parts myself or send it in to be evaluated which would take up to 3 weeks. Don’t waste your money on this. We barely even used it and it failed very quickly
