How would I describe these. Cheap junk. Charles Barkley would say tuuurrrible product. They all warped during first use, such shoddy terrible quality. All the positive reviews probably have not put the product to use. I'd rather it look like junk and perform effectively. This product is complete opposite.Initially, out of the box, it looks pretty and all that jazz. But once I used it, I noticed the mid size panned had sprung up and warped. Craziness, it was only 15 minutes into the oven. Used the large one a few days later, same crappola happened. This product is more disappointing than hearing you just inherited 12 tons of manure.

Pros:Build quality & weight;Nice sizes selection;Reasonable price;Attractive;Easy release of food;Nicely rolled edges.Cons:Scratch and stain easily;Arrived possibly used (minor scratches and staining);They warp even at low-medium oven temps;Rim on side of a sheet became somewhat jagged and pitted after single use and gentle hand wash & dry so wouldn't recommend for inattentive bakers or children.

We used them to bake different recipes of flavored bacon. Easy to clean after lining them with parchment paper. But the real test was after letting the Sriracha sauce and brown sugar drippings harden on the paper. Causing the paper to stick to the tray. So glad the reusable baking liners arrived.

I needed a smaller sheet for our convection oven and for the price of one locally I got three. The two smaller sheets work well in the convection oven and the larger sheet is perfect for our traditional oven. These sheets feel as durable as any other and, being stainless steel, clean up easily. The racks feel a little thinner than my others but nothing to be concerned about.

I wanted a pan and rack to cook bacon in the oven or toaster oven. The larger pan will hold a 12oz pack of bacon and cooks great in my oven. Did not warp. It seems to be a medium weight thickness.The smaller pan is perfect for cooking in my toaster oven. I put them in the dishwasher and they still look like new. I am sure I will be using these pans almost daily.

Great product, especially for the price! I bought to make jerky for dog but I found I use all the time! I clean right away after use and they clean very easily.

I haven't used them a ton, but at least a half dozen times. I know it's hard to beleive, but these clean really easily and remain shiny! Weird I know. Some type of magical metal is being used I think. They are a substantial weight and don't feel cheap at all. I may discard all my old ones that don't ever seem to be completely clean and stick with these. I love the different sizes, although the medium isn't used as much as the large and small one. They wash easily by hand if that's you're preference, and they wash just fine in the dishwasher as well.

These are pretty, and the racks are a great accompaniment, but they warp as soon as they heat up and somehow stop the heat from getting through if you're using them to heat a freezer meal (like a frozen lasagna) or anything that's not directly on the surface. I like the racks, so I'm not returning them. I'll probably use the pans for something not cooking-related.
