I have fine hair and this cleans without weighing it down. I’ve never had any build up type issue. Just soft, clean hair. Also, the conditioner detangles so well and I’ve never had to use a detangle spray. Any other shampoo/cond I’ve used have left my fine hair in a rats nest that needs leave in conditioner or lots of detangle spray. None of that here.

You cannot go wrong with Pureology. I can really tell the difference the hydrate shampoo and conditioner has made for my color treated hair. I must say, I like the scent of the strength cure shampoo and conditioner better. I alternate between the two. The strength cure has significantly improved my damaged, split-end, holy breakage, thank you to motherhood, hormones, and pushing 40 yo. hair. I would (and have) recommend!
