I thought all mainstream hot sauces were the same - just different levels of 'hot'...but man was I wrong.Cholula is not as hot as say Sriracha, for starters...but it's also not just about being hot...it's also TASTY.Eggs are next level dosed in Cholula. Chillis and soups become more rounded.I'm a recent convert but now I add a bottle to most shops, because I put it on most of my food.
