Unfortunately product does not work on my model of Audi but seller was very responsive and sent a replacement out

It just doesn’t work! Plugged it in and it won’t connect to my phone at all.
I was really excited to use it and it just won’t connect to my phone at all. It barely comes up as a recognisable device. Absolutely useless and a total waste of money!

Not compatible with 2014 A4
I purchased this device to use in my 2014 Audi A4. The device drew power from the car, the phone connected to the device but the car wouldn't play it.Seller was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with, but I couldn't get the device to work so returned it.

Just didn't work at all. Problems returning.
Failed to work at all. Returned item. Return in system but went "missing". Many emails trying to sort out. Emails ignored and no sign of refund. Avoid. Amazon help not much better.

Doesn't connect to phone but does show up as working in the car but that's all don't waste you time and buy a decent one disappointed is a understatement
