Out of the box would not work. Amazon did refund all my funds.

never worked, even spent $ on fresh batteries. ordered one royal organizer too, hoping to get one that worked. these must've been laying around since the 1980s. take my advice, don't buy these. the expense and aggravation is not worth it.

I had to return this product. I could not load the information I wanted saved.The product failed to live up to my expectations.

This unit was used. It was not advertised as new. The batteries were dead and with new batteries the screen was hard to read and the lines were missing part of the dot matrix.I would not recommend this unit or the the company that sold it.

This is billed as being able to sync with your PC. This is true, but it ONLY synchronizes with the software that comes with it. So, it won't sync with Outlook or anything else, but what is worse in my mind is that there is NO import/export functions whatsoever (except to the unit itself). That mease the ONLY way to get addresses and so forth into the PC program is to manually type it all, tediously, through an inefficiently designed interface. It's very strange because the program and the attractive handheld unit are quite capable otherwise.

This organiser are very useful, for students, teachers, salespeople, etc. THE IMAGE ON THIS PAGE IS THE 1MB Model (check it, is wonderful), AND THE IMAGE THERE IS THIS ORGANISER.

This is my 2nd organizer. It was a gift to me by my Aunt from the U.S. I love it and I carry it wherever I go. It's user friendly. I can say this because I don't even have the manual. Has many useful functions. Easy to use keypad. The size and shape, it's wonderful. Unfortunately it was stolen last Sunday, June 25, 2000. I'm mad about it. I'm looking for this here in the Philippines, but haven't seen one. one more thing, it's cheap and it's great.

The Amazon site states that this unit comes with the cable and pc-link software. It does NOT. I have sent 3 emails to the help desk with NO replies. No phone number to call anyone. I believe I will not order from them again.The unit seems ok for the price tho.
