I use this product every day and have done so for quite some time. Gives an extra layer of cleaning to your skin that I haven't been able to get with cleansers. It has no smell to it which works well for me as I'm allergic to perfumes.

This is one of the few exfoliators I can use on my face. It doesn’t cause dryness, sensitivity, redness, or irritation. My skin is extremely dry and sensitive. It’s important not to scrub your face with this. You may be able to use it more than once a week.

I have used the 7 day scrub for years. It can be used every day but I use it every other day. I use the exfoliating scrub once a week and my other facial cleanser in between the 7 day scrub. Makes your face feel soft after use
