Good DIY choice, look great!
We just DIY installed about 20 of these Constructor Passage levers in our house. They look great, they match the other oil rubbed hardware and have a nice finish. All the door levers we have ordered were delivered promptly and they arrived in good condition with the exception of one, it had a manufacturing flaw. Amazon refunded it promptly and paid for the return shipping. The handles are reversible and are removed by depressing an internal spring loaded button with a provided pointed tool. Please note that on one side the button is located directly under the hole, on the other side you must twist the handle about a quarter of a turn to locate the button. The "footprint" of the lever is the same size as the kwikset levers we removed and covered well. The color matching strike plate is provided as well as color coordinated screws. I have provided a few photos to help prospective buyers.

You have to pull the handle UP to open the door???
I have several problems with this item: you have to lift the door handle instead of push down in order to open the door. And I don’t see a way to fix it. Every other lever we have used was a push down lever so I’m seeing a long adjustment period for us and every time we have guests they will be annoyed too? I bought this brand for the entire house so will have to begin opening other boxes and installing handles so I can see if they are all the same. If they are I just don’t want them. 2nd problem is the finish on the handle is coming off just from installing it. I realize I’ve installed this handle like 6 times trying to figure out how to make the thing open properly but the design forces your screwdriver against the handle in order to install but the coating can’t handle it. It’s apparently not powder coat. It’s just a thin layer of spray paint over shiny brass. I’m not sure what to do. I bought these for the entire house and now have to return and find something else? I hate to return stuff but not really sure I have much choice.

Solid sturdy feel. Finish is excellent
Solid sturdy feel. Finish is excellent. Only complaint is the latch sometimes stick in the door and also definitely need grease to make the door close smoothly. I bought 27 of these and about 5 had latch issues. The handles can be easily swapped for right or left hand doors. Need to use the included key. Took a couple times at first to figure it out but easy enough to do.

These door levers are great, as long as you don't have to switch the direction of the handle.
These door levers are very similar, if not identical to ones purchased at a big home improvement store. I bought them for my doors upstairs to match the ones I had purchased for the downstairs doors in my home. I can't tell the difference. The quality is nice. They are heavy and sturdy feeling. The downside is the reversible levers are not really reversible with the locking mechanism, If you have to switch the direction of the handle, the lock will stick and no longer be functional. This is do to the square cylinder on the inside. When you turn the lock, the middle bar gets stuck in the corner of that square cylinder. There are also no directions on how to reverse the handles, but it's really not that hard to figure out.So if the levers are facing the right direction, or you don't need the locking versions, I would definitely recommend these!

Cheap, go with a little more high quality product
I was hoping the other reviews were wrong, but they weren’t. These have been installed for a couple months and are falling apart. The latches stick inside so the door won’t latch shut, they squeak terribly bad, just a very poor quality product. It’s a shame bc they look really nice

Not worth the price
After buying 20 handles for both my homes, I've come to the conclusion, they're not worth the price. My laundry door handle quit working, and I had to break in. It was very difficult. Looks and feels good, but the internals are cheap.

They look beautiful, but are not well constructed at all
I ordered these for my ENTIRE home ... they are all breaking and it's been just under a year. They look beautiful, but are not well constructed at all. I am not able to find ANY contact information for the company, even though I saw something (I thought either on Amazon or Home Depot) that said they were lifetime warrantied. If someone knows how to contact their support department, that would be GREAT!

Insufficient lube from factory
Only bought one handle and it's working OK, but after about six months it developed a squeak so I had to take it apart and shoot lithium grease over everything, which seems to have resolved that issue.

As expected
Did what was expected as far as a pass through handle.

Latches break
The latches are very poor quality. I bought 11 sets and after four months 3 are broken (so far) with very light use. Would not recommend.
