Freak'n Awesome. I can finally breath.
Amazing - life saver to sleep at night and not wake up with horrible running nose. I can't believe I've suffered for so long without something like this. I've been using and testing for several weeks now. Absolutely works for me. For over 10 years I've been suffering with half my nasal cavity (one side) being totally blocked every night. I've had to breath out of my mouth when I sleep and every morning spend at least 10min of really bad runny nose, nasal drip, and profuse blowing of my nose. I've been using once in the morning and once in the evening before bed. At first use, both my nasal cavities opened up 100% and I've forgotten how it feels to breath fully. Be advised: it took me a couple of tries to get a hang of the process - keeping pressure on upper pallet to keep the saline running into your throat, breathing while the process is running. I had gagging and had to spit out the saline from my mouth a couple of times until I figured it out. Keep at it, for me it took time and patience before I figured it out on my 4th try. Now I can set up, run the process, and clean up within just about 3 min. And now it's quick and no discomfort. Be sure to use warm water. Breathing 100% both nostrils at night with so much better sleep. Almost zero running nose and blowing in the morning before I run it again. Then rest of the day is pretty much minimal congestion and runny nose. I've found this will not prevent/fix inflammation due to eating GMO wheat and gluten. Most of inflammation comes from synthetic USA wheat which this will not fix. When I eat gluten I still get inflammation which as we should know presents most in our mucus membranes - ears, nose, throat. So unless I'm in Canada or Europe, I refrain from what and flour, use Navage and I'm breathing 100% with no issues. Construction and design is really good. Only concern is that the blue plastic fill tank and catch tank are very thin plastic. Be careful not to drop because I'm sure they would shatter. Overall - amazing.

Best Investment for Allergy Season Relief
I honestly can’t say enough good things about the Navage Essentials Bundle. This has been one of the best investments I’ve made for dealing with allergies and sinus congestion. It works extremely well and leaves my sinuses feeling genuinely clean and clear after every use. The system is simple to use, effective, and gives almost immediate relief during allergy season. I’ve noticed a huge difference in how well I breathe, especially when pollen levels are high. It does a much better job than basic saline sprays or other rinses I’ve tried in the past. If you struggle with allergies, sinus pressure, or congestion, I highly recommend giving the Navage a try. It’s one of those products that actually lives up to the hype.

Why did i wait so long
I was reluctant to try this, as its expensive, once I got past the first try, i liked it. I couldn't imagine having water pumped through my sinus, how ever once you take the plunge I'm very happy I bought this. I have chronic sinus problems, stuffiness nasal congestion. I find it's best to use at least twice a day. I'm amazed on how much mucus and snot you wash out with each use. It feels good to rinse the sinus. I last longer with out nasal sprays after i use it. It will not work with out a salt pod in it , so you cannot dry run it. Pod has to be in place for it to engage. If you try it with out the pod you will think it doesn't work or stopped working. It's set up to work with their pod in it. That's fine with me. I rinsed it out, tried it for a couple days, before I ordered more salt pods, I just did one rinse tonight I'll do another in a while. Works great cleaning out sinuses. Salt pods work, feel just fine. I found it also helps you get over a cold quicker, flushing the mucus out. Mine usually lingers, Not this time. Rinsing with Navage helped greatly. I now enjoy the rinse. I have a deviated septum. I read people saying it will not work with the Deviated Septum.. so that means for me my nasal passage is smaller on my left side. So I physically adjust the nozzels while I'm holding it in action, if its going slow, it means the passage is not straight, I wiggle it and or align it while in progress of rinsing. so for me it works fine with my deviated septum. If you have a clogged sinus, clear it first with meds or spray, Once you reduced sinus swelling, the unit works better it needs a clear passage. I will continue to use it twice a day it gives me relief. It's easier to take care of your sinuses using this machine in my opinion. I am not a Dr or medical person. I'm just a customer. yes it feel good to wash the snot out and see what is floating in the tank, you'll be surprised what you wash out regularly. Try it out it may help you. If not you can always return it under 30 days I believe. Also I read here it takes one cup of water, that is correct. I fill a measuring cup to the line one cup, then I let it sit on the counter to warm up and I microwave the water for 11 seconds, so its not cold in the sinus. I wish I would have bough this sooner, sure does help flushing the sinuses. Once you use it a couple times you'll find it very easy to use and clean. I use filtered water that takes the Chlorine and chemicals out of the tap water.

It works excellent only under certain conditions
It's a very good product and it can assistantly works. The one flaw is that if your nose is overly clogged from a cold or something similar even allergies perhaps, you may have to use a nose spray first to open up your sinuses otherwise this will not work if your sinuses are overly clogged. What will happen is the pump does not have enough strength to push through super clogged sinuses and it will just drain out of your nose without going through your nasal passages and it will not pump all the fluid.

No question in my mind - a very helpful medical device
I've waited for a year to write this review because I wanted to see how it would affect my nose and hold up as a product over time. Reviews written soon after purchase simply don't have the history needed to decide it it's a good investment. Since this item is a bit pricey and changes your lifestyle it seemed fairer and more effective to give it some time before reviewing. The Navage rinses your nose with 8 ounces of saline at at time. The principle is clever - it pumps the saline in one nostril and sucks it out the other, making a complete circuit around your nasal septum (the barrier that divides one nasal passage from the other). By taking this approach you saline fills the passages and is removed without leaking or splashing all over the place. It's much, much less messy than a neti pot or the SinuPulse Elite Advanced Nasal Sinus Irrigation system. You can also take a look at the used saline to determine whether you're actually doing anything with the irrigation, which is psychologically helpful if nothing else. From a physical product perspective I would give it 4 stars. The one real problem that they could easily fix is that the battery compartment in the bottom of the machine doesn't have a rubber gasket. This means that if saline splashes or you set it down on a wet surface water or saline can leak into the battery compartment. I bet that this happened with my first machine which simply stopped working after three months. The company was very good about replacing it, but it wasted a lot of saline trying different batteries, rinsing to rule out salt build-up on the switches, etc. Otherwise the machine has been holding out well thus far. That's all very well, but how does it work? I believe that the Navage folks have hit upon really hit on something here. The biggest difference between the Navage and SinuPulse Elite is that Navage delivers a broad stream of saline at a relatively low velocity, while the SinuPlus does the opposite (and makes a mess in the process). The SinuPlus is like using a Waterpik on your nose - in fact that's essentially what it is. By using a broad stream of saline with a lower velocity, the Navage does a good job of rinsing the whole nasal passage every time you use it. Presumably it's washing away dust, pollen, and other allergens in the process, which should lead to less immune system reaction and swelling of the mucosa. Moreover, it seems to work in practice. Combined with using Breath Right nasal strips at night, I've been sleeping and breathing better than I have in years. My wife believes that I'm snoring much less than previously directly as a result of the Navage. I'm not in a position to confirm this, of course, but she's a pretty reliable witness. One thing that's useful to know is that it's definitely true that you may have to position the inflow and outflow very specifically. For reasons that I'd like to know, I can get saline flowing into one side of my nose but not the other. As a result I always have to position the inflow prong on the "good" side, and the outflow on the other side. Try it both ways and see if this is the case for you. Good luck!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
love this. if you are a smoker or have sinus problems this does a great job of flushing your sinuses fast and moisturizing them. first couple times you need to be sure to get the nasal plugs into your nose flushly or the water will come out and run down your face. Once you have the hang of it, flush is very fast. I was afraid i would not like that part but its not difficult or painful and WOW. I used to have to go to my ent doctor to have my sinuses flush (very unpleasant and cost money). if I had congestion or a cold and could not clear my sinus I would quickly get a sinus infection and be very sick and in pain for 3/4 days after taking an antibiotic. I was a smoker then but is still use it and have had it almost 10 years with no problems

Great Product For Sinus Health
My son and I really liked it, and it will be a big help, especially when we get sinus infections. The biggest thing we had to get used to was the initial filling of the sinus cavity, as it was a new sensation. Once we got past that, the flushing of the sinus cavity felt great. My wife had difficulty closing off the back of her throat and breathing through her mouth only, and it was hard to describe and instruct her on how to do so, and she was unable to finish her first attempt and dint wantbto try again. There is a support number to call where you can talk to experts who can guide you, but we haven't called it yet. Great product! I can, and have used a Neti Pot, but I prefer this product because you don't have to rely on tipping your head to the correct angle to keep from swallowing water and sinus drainage. There is a bit of work to clean the unit properly, but it is worth it. I also recommend purchasing one of the drying racks, which are very convenient, and allow the unit to dry thoroughly, quickly, and more sanitary than using towels and countertops. John B., Berea, KY

Far less effective than NeilMed squeeze bottle. Extremely inconvenient to clean.
I have the unfortunate experience of dealing with many, many repeat sinus infections that began about 4 years ago. I have tried every sinus system under the sun to try to resolve my sinus issues - SinuPulse (which I like, but not as effective as NeilMed), Netipot (which I find totally ineffective), NeilMed (which is my favorite), and now Navage. I have been very happy with the NeilMed squeeze bottle now (which I need to do some tricks and turns with, literally, to make work for me - but it does work, and it's very inexpensive). But a recent new holistic health practicioner recommended this to me, so I tried it. Please only read on if you aren't grossed out by graphic sinus rinsing details!! I am currently getting over a sinus infection. For the last 7+ days my sinuses have been "blocked", meaning nothing - NOTHING - is coming out when I do nasal rinses. My sinuses are just "stuck". I had a sinus treatment by my new doctor, and my sinuses finally unblocked and they cleared and cleared and cleared out the super thick, yellow, sticky gunk day by day (using my Neilmed bottle). He recommended I try the Navage, so I did. I tried this over and over, but it won't remove any gunk at all. All that's left in the bottom of the tank is the clear salt water. It just doesn't pull the mucus out of my nose at all. I cannot get this to really work for me. When I used the Neilmed bottle AFTER the Navage, plenty of yellow goup comes out again! I personally find the Navage to be very weak at cleaning/clearing my nose. It has very little force, compared to the force I can generate w/ a Neilmed bottle. It also only cleans for a few seconds and it's over. It's very inconvenient to drain the bottom of the tank, refill, turn the nostrils, and clear out the 2nd side. It's really a pain. I find using a Neilmed bottle so much easier. I can rinse 3-4 times (sometimes I need to as an infection is breaking up). I wouldn't want to go through the hassle of trying that w/ this machine. Last - and this is really important to me - I really find cleaning this to be way to difficult. There are many parts to detach and rinse. And they take a really long time to dry - even w/ the drying rack. The bottom and top tanks do NOT disassemble, so they stay wet inside for a long time. Plus, it takes up a bit of counter space. I just don't find this effective - at all - for any nose cleaning. Plus, it's very expensive. And it is really difficult to clean. I really am surprised so many people find this effective, and I'm glad they do.....I just didn't find this effective at all. But I've got a very stubborn set of sinuses that didn't respond at all to sinus surgery either. I hope others find relief w/ this machine, but I didn't.

My daughter recommended this!…
I’ve had issues with clogged sinuses that now impact my hearing. I’d used nasal irrigation systems before but while they offered short term relief I’ve never gotten the deep cleaning of the tubes to my ears and in general they were messy! I’d seen the adds on TV and being a born skeptic I just thought this was gimmicky? But as my daughter had used this product for the same issues with great success I was eager to try this system! I’m not sure what I expected but the experience was totally different! Once you relax and use as directed it is not messy and even though it’s said you can do this in the shower I’ve found it just as convenient to rinse right over the sink! I definitely sensed a deeper cleaning and am hopeful that after the two week regimen that is described I will get the same results my daughter did!… And THAT would be great!!…
