An Effective Fiber Supplement
It's hard to evaluate supplements these days, with all the competing claims. This product, however, works well. I felt better after only using it for a few days, and I've been taking for over a year. I take half their recommended dose and it's been very effective.

Only brand I will take
This is the best fiber hands down. I've been taking it for years. I take 12 pills a day for when I need a good colon detox. Otherwise 8 a day is good for maintenance I think.When I am in really bad shape I will do a couple tablespoons of the powder and wow does it work.Yerba Prima also makes one with senna called Fiber Plus. Also another great product for occasional use only
