Having been a smoker for 40 years, I thought I'd use this to help cut down. I have to say I'm now in my 3rd month smoke free. Admittedly I started with nicotine gum and used this as a fidget aid for hand and mouth really. Cinnamon flavour is nicer than the oxygen. The first 2 lasted probably 3 weeks each but I hardly touch the 3rd one now but it's in my pocket incase I need to draw on something. It's a great product but I wouldn't consider using it without nicotine replacement unless you have buckets of willpower. I'm now free of the nicotine gum so thankyou. Your product has worked for me. I feel 100 % better, I don't stink, am better off financially by £100 per month but on the downside I can now taste the Wife's cooking.

It is a good replacement for smoking or vaping. It's the right size to have something in your hand to play with, you can inhale air through it to relieve cravings and the chewable tip is really good to take your focus away from craving a cigarette. It's definitely helped me.
