This thing is awesome!
Before I bought this, I had a Silhouette Cameo and I fought and fought with that thing to get a decent cut. Literally plugged this in and did a few test cuts to adjust the pressure and I haven't had an issue yet. Definitely worth it if you're wanting to do more with vinyl.

I have made so much $$ off this work horse
dont let anyone tell you, you must buy an expensive plotter .. get you this US Cutter , i made my money back on the first job, it has been 2 years since purchased and its finally giving me some small registration problems, so i am just going to buy a new one and use the first one as back-up. i have done way more jobs than this but couldnt find all the pictures :)

Cutter is adequate
"Cutter is adequate" is about the best thing I can say for it. Although I gave it 5 stars for "Value for the money," as it was cheap, that is what I got, I guess....a CHEAP machine. We originally used a Roland cutter we had purchased used about 20 years ago. Still have it, but it is showing its age and not reliable any longer. We don't know how much longer we will be in this business, so figured we'd buy a less expensive machine to "tide us over," and I am not all that thrilled with it. It is adequate, as i said, but was a little more difficult to figure out how to use, instructions are sparse. And NOISY!! Our Roland machine is very quiet compared to this. This one SCREAMS. We don't like it, but it does the job - small jobs so far, so we just hope it continues to perform. If I had it to do over again knowing what I know now, I don't think I would have bought this particular machine. Maybe a more expensive US Cutter wouldn't be as - noisy - difficult - confusing as this one. I guess I'll never know as I don't plan to purchase another one. I'd rather pay to have the Roland fixed or buy another used one of that model.

Worst Plotter I've Ever Used
I've is worked in the sign industry for almost a decade and i can say with certainty that this thing is a the worst plotter I've ever used. It's made of flimsy metal and cheap plastic, offering it no stability whatsoever. The blades it comes with are dull and oversized. The pinch rollers either apply too much pressure or not enough. It cuts sloppily, makes jagged curves, incomplete corners, and inconsistent cut depths. Not to mention the software is hands down just awful and downright unusable. I've encountered some cheap plotters and outdated software over the years, but this one is the worst by far. It botches jobs that are setup and spooled correctly for seemingly no reason, see the photos I've included. Even the test plot function cuts a star (a star?) that's 3 inches wide, wasting a ton of material when a .25" test should do. If you like wasting material and throwing out useable vinyl, then go right ahead, otherwise, look elsewhere because this thing is a piece of junk that's not even worth returning or re-selling at this point.
