CasioCollection Men's Watch W-S210H-1AVEF

This is my second one. The first one is still working great after 10 yrs but the plastic failed and no longer holds the pin for the wristband.

I bought this watch primarily to take on holiday and I've been very happy with it especially as it was so cheap and meant not taking a more expensive one away with me. The main resaons for the purchase were dual time function, backlight, solar power and cost. The dual time, once set up, can be shown permanently on the screen - I set it for Spanish time as seen in the image and with a few more button presses you are back to UK time so it's very easy to toggle the two whilst in transit. Alternatively you can have your home time showing on the main screen and the 'abroad' time displayed above it in smaller text - it depends on what you prefer and I wanted to see the local time as the primary info. When setting it up you have a variety of world time zones to choose from. There is a backlight funtion and this is adequate to see the time with in the dark, it's not amazing but does the trick and the numbers are nice and big on the face. The watch is powered by solar, it was on 'High' when I opened the box and has been on that level ever since. As with most Casio digital pieces it's very light and comfortable to wear, you hardly notice it on your wrist and the strap is a decent length for those who need it. I haven't had time to check some of the functions such as the alarm, moon/tide indicator or water resistance although it seems fine when washing hands etc. The auto calendar is a nice touch - set the date and never worry about changing it at the month end plus it also has a DST setting for summer/winter time changes. I found it easy to set up and did so without the manual but will probably consult YouTube when I set the tide graph as I've heard this can be a little fiddly. It's got a stopwatch which I'm unlikely to use and a countdown timer which I probably will use when cooking. Overall it's a nice watch watch with a great array of functions at a fantastic price and I'll definitely be wearing it regularly. It does have an acrylic face which was a criticism from some reviewers but I'm happy with that for the cost as I'm not likely to wear it on an assault course.

Non è grande come un g-shock, ma ne ricorda i modelli di 10 anni fa. Semplice nella forma, si adatta bene sia per lo sport nel tempo libero che per un abbigliamento casual. I colori nero e blu vanno benissimo, ad esempio, per indossarlo con una tuta o un jeans. Ci sono tutte le funzioni necessarie (calendario, fusi orari, timer, cronometro) con qualche chicca in più (fasi lunari e maree, che immagino servano per gli appassionati di pesca).Sebbene il vetro sia in plastica, la cassa è in rilievo e non è facile graffiarlo, a meno che non lo si faccia urtare accidentalmente contro gli spigoli. Lo indosso da un mesetto, al momento sembra come nuovo.La vera chicca di questo orologio è la ricarica solare, che ti fa passare l'ansia da batteria: un orologio dovrebbe essere un riferimento importante che funziona ovunque, in qualsiasi condizione. Questo orologio, solare e impermeabile, risponde bene a queste esigenze.I materiali sono molto morbidi e non da fastidio al polso, ma potrebbero rappresentare il punto debole di questo orologio, che altrimenti potrebbe durare per molti anni. Mi auguro che la cassa, anch'essa in resina, resista al tempo. Per ora promosso a pieni voti

Ce n'est pas ma première Casio, et je cherchais une montre avec indication des phases lunaires, des marées et du gradient des marées, simple d'emploi et sans une multitude de fioritures inutiles.Elle est parfaite: ni trop grande ni trop petite, pas tape-à-l'oeil, à énergie solaire , légère, robuste, très lisible, d'un prix sans concurrence.Petit bonus: deuxième fuseau horaire accessible directement.Pour les marées, possibilité simple de déterminer la marée à n'importe quel moment, permettant de prévoir le bon moment pour une sortie en mer.

A exellent watch very precise features but small size best for teenagers

Servicio extraordinario, me llegó en 2 días. el reloj es muy bonito, no tan mazacote como los G-Shock (q estarán de moda pero francamente no me gustan demasiado por ser tan grandes) y con más funciones de las q se necesitan. Me ha gustado especialmente la de mareas, ya q es muy fácil de configurar y por lo q he visto va muy bien. Hora mundial dual, fase lunar, mareas, hora dual, crono, timer, 5 alarmas (una con repetición), la luz ilumina muy bien con un tono anaranjado muy chulo. Ha pasado la prueba del agua perfectamente. Además tough solar, con una batería recargable solar q si la cuidas bien te puede durar la vida útil del reloj... Una pasada, un reloj totalmente recomendable.
